We ship our orders from the UK

We regularly check the delivery times of orders we send and currently the majority are arriving on time.

Despatch Times
Items that are individually made can take up to 5 working days before being ready to be dispatched. 
We aim to despatch all other items within 1-2 working days.
Delivery time after that varies with your chosen method of shipping.

Shipping Costs
We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible whilst still using a very reliable service.
You have the choice of 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail parcel post.  The 2nd class option is offered to keep costs as low as possible.
1 mug;  £2.65 (2nd class) or £3.95 (1st class) 
Free shipping on 2 mugs or more
Cushion covers;  £1.75 (2nd class) or £1.95 (1st class)

When will I receive my order? 
Individually made items:  6-8 working days.  Allow 5 days for the item to be made then add the time for the shipping option chosen.
Other items.  2-5 working days depending on the shipping option you choose.

Delayed or Lost Parcels
Royal Mail state that at least 15 working days have passed for UK orders before we can claim for a parcel to be lost or delayed.
