Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product in exchange for another item or a refund to the original payment method.  Return shipping is at your own cost.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Personalised and custom-made items.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original condition and packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. We will reply to your email and upon our acceptance of your request, please package the item securely and include proof of purchase (name, address and order number).  Arrange for the item to be returned via an insured and trackable method.  Please retain your proof of posting until we have received your return and you receive your refund.
