Dispatch Times
Items that are individually made can take up to 5 working days before being ready to be dispatched. 
We aim to dispatch all other items within 1-2 working days.
Delivery time after that varies with your chosen method of shipping.

Shipping Costs
We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible whilst still using a very reliable service.
You have the choice of 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail parcel post.  The 2nd class option is offered to keep costs as low as possible.
1 mug;  £2.65 (2nd class) or £3.95 (1st class) 
Free shipping on 2 mugs or more
Cushion covers;  £1.75 (2nd class) or £1.95 (1st class)

When will I receive my order? 
Individually made items:  6-8 working days.  Allow 5 days for the item to be made then add the time for the shipping option chosen.
Other items.  2-5 working days depending on the shipping option you choose.

Delivery Address
If you would like your order sent directly to another person, we can do this.  On the last page of the checkout you get the option to choose the shipping address.

Returns & Refunds
If you're not completely happy with your purchase and wish to return it please Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange returning it.  

Changed your mind?  Within 14 days of receiving your order it can be returned to us for a refund excluding postage costs.  Contact Us here 

Personalised and individually made orders are not eligible for refund due to the nature of these being made specifically to your requirements.
