How to Order

1)  Choose from Mug or Mug with matching coaster

2)  Choose the background you'd like.  Click the image and the selected ones shows a grey surround.  

3)  Choose the font you'd like your message writing in. Scroll through the product photos to see all fonts in detail.

4)  Type into the box the message you'd like under the photo.  Maximum of 22 characters (including spaces) for the message so that it is easily readable.

5)  Upload your photo.  Ideally it needs to be a high quality square photo.  We will happily help you and crop your photo to fit if it isn't square.   Most current mobiles take high quality photos.  Or you can email the photo to us after placing your order.  Please be aware that any delays sending the photo to us, could delay us making and sending out your order.

6)  Add any notes for us here about your order.  If you need us to crop your photo, our designers will use their expertise to do this in a way that best suits your photo.  However, if you have a specific requirement for the cropping please let us know in the notes.

A 10oz mug with approx. dimensions 9cm tall x 8cm diameter. Please note mugs may vary slightly in size and this info is for guidance only.

This mug can be put in the dishwasher and is tested to be resistant up to 800 wash cycles at 45°C.

◄When will I receive my order?

Each order is made individually and near the Add to Cart button we say when an item will be made and despatched by for orders placed straight away.  The number of days we allow for making changes at times depending how busy we are.  Please then allow enough time for your order being delivered which depends on the delivery option you choose.

Your mug will be sent securely packaged in cardboard box that's specifically made for these mugs to be posted so that your mug arrives with you in perfect condition.

When you order 2 mugs of any design you'll get free shipping (2nd class).  The free shipping is automatically done at the checkout so you don't need to add a code, just simply add 2 mugs (or more) to your cart.  There is an option to upgrade to 1st class post if you'd like.

Our customer service is here in the UK and is usually available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.  Sometimes our customer service is online outside of these hours so you may get a reply out of normal office hours.
